We gladly accept returns or exchanges of online purchases within 15 days of delivery.
Please email email@example.com 3 business days of receiving your order to set up a return or exchange for an RA authorization and the return address.
Katze Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 15 days policy.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
If you received free shipping, we would refund your credit card for the full amount less $15.00 for outbound shipping
Returns or canceled over $100 will be assessed with a 4% credit card, PayPal fee. If the purchaser agrees to exchange the product no fee will be assessed.
Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.

In the rare instance when your package shows delivered by the carrier to the address you provided, and it is missing/stolen it may not be eligible for insurance reimbursement. Please note because of that, we are unable to provide a refund.
