Return/Refund Policy

Shipping:

We ship all orders within 1-3 days of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.  

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier after dispatch from our store. 

 RETURN REFUND & EXCHANGE: 

 We appreciate your business and hope you are happy with your purchase upon arrival.  

If you should need to make an adjustment, please note our return policy. 

We gladly accept returns or exchanges of online purchases within 15 days of delivery. 

Please email  info@katzeboutique.com within 3 business days of receiving your order to set up a return or exchange for an RA authorization and the return address. 

Katze Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 15 days policy.  

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. 

If you received free shipping, we would refund your credit card for the full amount less $15.00 for outbound shipping 

Returns or canceled over $100 will be assessed with a 4% Credit Card, PayPal fee. If the purchaser agrees to exchange the product no fee will be assessed. 

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached and returned within 15 days off the delivery. 
We will credited to your original form of payment, less any shipping charges.

Please note that we do not refund original or return shipping costs.

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued. It may take up to 8 business days for the credit to post to your account statement.

Katze Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return, if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 15 days policy. Please include a copy of your invoice. 

SALE Items and Jewelry are FINAL  

No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges.

Missing/Stolen Packages. 

In the rare instance when your package shows delivered by the carrier to the address you provided, and it is missing/stolen it may not be eligible for insurance reimbursement. Please note because of that, we are unable to provide a refund.
