Return/Refund Policy

No Cancellations allowed once an order is placed.

We appreciate your business and hope you are happy with your purchase upon arrival.  

We accept returns or exchanges of online purchases within 15 days of delivery. 

Please email  contact@katzeboutique.com within 3 business days of receiving your order to set up a return or exchange for an RA authorization and the return address. 

Katze Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 15 days policy.  

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. 

If you received free shipping, we would refund your credit card for the full amount less shipping fee  

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached and returned within 15 days off the delivery. 

You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued. It may take up to 8 business days for the credit to post to your account statement.

Katze Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return, if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 15 days policy. Please include a copy of your invoice. 

SALE Items, Jewelry and Accessories : Scarves, Socks, Gloves Belts Adornments are FINAL. No Returns, Refunds or Exchanges.

In the event of a cancellation of an order, there will be a up to 5% cancellation fee deducted from the order to cover all non-refundable processing fees that are charged to us.

Missing/Stolen Packages. 

In the rare instance when your package shows delivered by the carrier to the address you provided, and it is missing/stolen it may not be eligible for insurance reimbursement. Please note because of that, we are unable to provide a refund.
