Return/Refund Policy
No Cancellations allowed once an order is placed.
We appreciate your business and hope you are happy with your purchase upon arrival.
We accept returns or exchanges of online purchases within 14 days of delivery.
Please email contact@katzeboutique.com within 3 business days of receiving your order to set up a return or exchange for an RA # and the return address.
No Refund without Authorization #
Katze Boutique reserves the right to refuse a return if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 14 days policy.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
If you received free shipping, we would refund your credit card for the full amount less shipping fee at up to $15.00
Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached and returned within 14 days off the delivery.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued. It may take up to 8 business days for the credit to post to your account statement.

Missing/Stolen Packages.
In the rare instance when your package shows delivered by the carrier to the address you provided, and it is missing/stolen it may not be eligible for insurance reimbursement. Please note because of that, we are unable to provide a refund.
