We accept returns or exchanges of online purchases within 14 days of delivery.
Please email contact@katzeboutique.com within 3 business days of receiving your order to set up a return or exchange for an RA authorization and the return address.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
If you received free shipping, we would refund your credit card for the full amount less shipping fee at up to $15.00
Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached and returned within 14 days off the delivery.
